DISORDERS OF IMMUNE RESPONSE IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE NECROTIC PANCREATITIS

Summary. Aim. To study the cytokine regulation of immune response in patients with severe acute necrotic pancreatitis (ANP).
 Material and methods. A prospective cohort 22 ANP who were treated clinic during 2014-2020 has been performed. We studied changes blood cells expressing clusters CDIIa+, CD162+, CD95+, CD16+, HLA-DR+ molecules, levels interleukins IL-2, IL-4, IL-6. The efficacy treatment was determined by duration organ failure, level postoperative complications mortality.
 Results. Low expression CD11a+ CD162+ on immunocompetent together two time reduction content CD95+ observed ANP, which caused a decrease concentration IL-6 at same slight increase IL-4. permanent CD11a+-, CD162+- CD95+-leukocytes simultaneously drop IL-4 an excessive IL-2 associated negative course disease.
 Conclusions. imbalance develops ANP. Progressive plasma concentrations occurs as well complete absence adverse disease.
